Registration of First Information Report in Pakistan.
What is First Information Report? When offence, which is cognizable by the police is reported to the police by a person or the police get the information from its own sources then this information is reported in the Register Number 1 available in the Police Station of the area where the offence was committed. What happen after the Registration of FIR. After the registration of the First Information Report (FIR) the police investigation is started and the investigation officer reaches on the crime scene where the offence was committed, writes down first inspection note wherein the crime scene plan is drawn by him.
